I live in the area and have done so for the past 14 years. I have been of service to the local community for the past four years as your local Real Estate agent.

I have a degree in Electrical Engineering as well as having qualifications in other areas such as purchasing and supply, marketing and management. Having been in the workforce for over 20 years I can confidently say that I have been through and seen the highs and the lows of the fast changing times we live in.

I have a passion for Real Estate in all its forms. I am lucky enough for it being my source of income as well as my hobby. I have strong knowledge about this area and the people that choose to live in its growing areas.

My areas of expertise are sales and marketing. I have worked for companies big and small, local and international, importing and exporting, wholesale and retail, manufacturing and service related. Through all of my working life one common factor always stood out for me and that was SERVICE. You can have the best products that a company can offer but if the service is lousy you won’t make it.

Stephen Oakley – Licensee in Charge

Just as it is vitally important for me to know about your property, your current situation and your expectations, it is also important for you to know a little about me. I have been in the Real Estate Industry for 8 years. 6 of those years I have been working in Minchinbury.

In 1997 I completed a Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management) and I am the Licensee in charge at Real Estate One in Minchinbury. To keep up to date with changes in the industry I regularly attend training courses, this demonstrates my dedication to my career.

Danielle Abicic – Property Manager

After completing HSC I worked in management roles in the retail industry for a few years where I gained extensive Customer Service skills.  To broaden my knowledge and office skills I commenced employment with Real Estate One in 1999 as a Receptionist and have progressed within the company to a Property Management position.

Having worked with the company for over 5 years I have a vast knowledge of the area and believe in providing all my landlords and tenants with the best service I can.

I completed my Higher School Certificate in 2004 and have 5 years Customer Service experience with Mc Donalds. I am currently working towards Certificate III in Office Administration.
